2JP have been working with Mrs Papacosta and Ms O'Keeffe to create a narrative based around The Dreamtime. The class had to write a story that included a character introduction, a complication and a resolution. The next step was to add adjectives to make our writing POP to create interest for the reader (listener). The class used mixed mediums of oil pastels and paint to create the detailed artworks to support the storyline. The students learnt how to use the camera on the iPads properly so they could photograph the illustrations and learnt how to use the simple editing tools to enhance these pictures. Through an app Shadow Puppets they put it all together where they finally recorded the story using their voice.
